Lucy Thompson

Sports Rehabilitation Therapist

 

Lucy has experience in both elite sport and the non-elite environment, this experience is spread over a number of sports such as cricket, rugby and hockey.

Having worked at Leicester Tigers in the past Lucy has experience in dealing with a variety of sporting injuries as well as rehabilitation and return to sport.

As well as working within private practice since graduating allowing for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the general population, Lucy has continued her work within sport, providing rugby pitch side cover for Denstone College as well as Scotland Masters Hockey in a number of tournaments.

Qualifications

BSc Sport Rehabilitation and Exercise Science (1st) University of Nottingham

Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport Level 3

Working towards Level 3 Personal Training Qualification ?

 

Non work interests

Outside of work I play hockey for a local club and also enjoy paddle-boarding in the local rivers.
